We are a membership association
Founded as a not-for-profit association, we hope any organisation committed to gender balance will join us.
In consultation with over 200 corporates and our members, we have developed the 25×25 Framework.
The 25×25 Framework is a set of best practice procedures on succession and talent planning. To assist members with its implementation, we are developing data analytics tools.
Who are we
Our members are leading corporates and other organisations, and are represented by the CEO or equivalent, the 25×25 Lead Ambassadors.
Our General Ambassadors are thought leaders who actively support 25×25 and the introduction of the 25×25 Framework.
In addition, the Women’s Networking Group (WNG) is the grassroots support behind 25×25.
GOALS
Currently there are only 9 women CEOs in the FTSE100, fewer than 5% women CEOs in the FTSE350 and the US faces similar challenges.
The 25×25 Framework focusses on the CEO or equivalent, as this is the role that is most likely to affect an organisation’s culture, and the two to three senior levels leading up to it, as these provide the pathways to CEO.
25×25 considers gender balance as a good indicator of an organisation’s health, productivity and performance.
