Our tools will be developed in close consultation with members to serve their needs, whilst being mindful of the collective objectives.
The Ambassadors’ Club was created to drive the 25×25 initiative and ensure engagement at leadership level across a broad range of corporates and organisations.
Based on peer group interaction, CEOs speak to CEOs, Chairs to Chairs, and likewise for non-executive board members and chief people or HR officers to communicate the framework through actual and relevant case studies.
The 25×25 framework was developed in consultation with over 200 corporates including 90% of the FTSE100 companies and 500 expert individuals.
A wealth of hard and observational data has been gathered, and anonymised and aggregate findings will be shared in the form of case studies.
THE PUBLIC DATA TOOL
Funding is being raised to develop a public data tool which will provide a composite of hard and observational metrics over 10 years.
Be part of its development phase, and become an active voice on the ESG discussion on standardisation of metrics.
25×25 will also use regular newsletters, surveys, closed members’ forums, sector specific analysis and events to illustrate the framework and best practice.

PRIVATE BENCHMARKING TOOL
Different companies are at different stages of development and 25×25 is designed to encourage not chastise.
The private benchmarking tools will allow members to track progress and is available to members paying an annual subscription fee of £25,000.
